Help! We just got home from DL, and when we logged into our photopass account, the pictures of us 'holding' Tinkerbell, don't have her in it!
I've e-mailed the photopass customer support. Any other suggestions?

This just happened to us too. I emailed customer service and (after 5 days waiting for a reply ) they emailed me back and apologized, and said they'd added Tinkerbell in where she should be. And yes, I checked my account right away, and there she was in our photos.
