Photopass help?

We have returned from a fantastic time at Aulani- it totally exceeded my expectations! We got a ton of photopass photos and now I am having trouble with the photopass site and was hoping someone might help. When I clicked that my photos were taken at Aulani and loaded my codes, it seems to have put them in the Disneyworld photopass website instead of anything specific to Aulani. Also, it is giving me no option to buy the photos for $99 (as we assured there would be when we got home), but instead the only option I have is to buy each individual photo or to "advance purchase" Memory Maker. I was going to call them, but I thought someone here might have had some experience with the Aulani photopass and know what is going on? Any help would be appreciated!

I had several issues too with the site though a bit different. It didn't recognize 3 of my 4 cards. Ultimately I used the contact us link and by a week later it was addressed and ultimately fixed.

You may simply have to contact technical support either by phone or email form. The Aulani interface on that site has some bugs.

Thanks! I called them and apparently my memory maker from my Disneyworld trip last October was still showing as active and was blocking me from getting Aulani options and forcing everything into Disneyworld. I had already edited my photos, so the photopass person was able to force the product into my shopping cart from her end and stayed on the line while I purchased it and downloaded the photos to be sure there were no other issues. She was extremely helpful.
