photopass help

I'm in a share and have not been able to log into photopass from home. I have tried on our iPad, my iphone and my mac. I have tried using safari, chrome and foxfire. No luck. I was able to log in at work from my Dell computer without any problems. I can't figure out why I can't get on with my apple products. What am I doing wrong. Please help.

I just tried it on my iphone using Safari and I was able to get in. Photopass passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you are using caps when needed.

The only other explanation would be that the person in charge of the account changed the password and didn't update everyone.

Incorrect password would be all that I can think of...I have used my Mac and chrome without issue for the past few summers.

My bad i did not explain the issue well. I cannot get the site to load. It times out or won't connect to server

The website loaded on both my iphone 4 and my ipad (newest version) using Safari. It doesn't appear to be a problem with Apple devices.

I always use fire fox when doing photopass website I seem to have less issues with it, but it has never not loaded for me.

I had the same problem and it seemed to be fixed when I tried in a couple days during the daytime, not on a weekend.

I think Photopass was hit pretty hard with the holiday volume. Maybe you can get on at work because of less users at that time, but not at home during high peak times because it times out on you. Try it at home as early, or as late, as possible during a week day.
