Photopass found my missing pictures!!!

I just came back on Saturday night.

I loved using Photopass it was easy and awesome. Anyway, the last day of my pictures were missing at MGM in front of the hat. So I emailed them the description of us, what we were wearing, what time, etc. and today they emailed back that they found them.

They are expensive. But I might spring for 1 or 2 and I love the borders that you can add.

This is a great service. Don't forget to use it.

A few of mine were missing too. I filled out the form, but they never got back to me. Oh well. The ones that were there turned out great. Count me in as another PhotoPass fan.

Can you let me know where you emailed the info to? ours from MGM (from last Sunday) are not showing at all. I'd like to see if they can find them?

After you sign in and you are looking at your photos, go to the bottom of the screen and click "Contact Us". It will lead you to another link with 4 questions. One will be missing pictures and have another link to the email questionaire that will help the CMs find your pixs. They ask the day, time, clothes and to include a picture.

It wouldn't even be a big deal because I took pictures during our trip myself anyway- but that was the ONE day we decided to use photopass solely because the pictures would be with stitch in the hat... so it's sad those didn't come through. I watched him scan the card a couple of times... so I thought surely there would be no problems. But no pictures on it at all- it says the number is invalid but I'm entering it (many times) exactly like the card shows.
(daughter is really into stitch- she was even in stitch costume for the halloween party- so she really wanted the picture with stitch in the Disney photobook)

I just got an e-mail today that they found mine too!!! I lost my Photopass card, but could remember that it contained pics from MGM with Mickey on Mickey Avenue and what day/time we had them taken. The found them within a couple of days. I'm glad, too because one of the pics of the family with Mickey is a great shot! I think I'm going to order that one.

Bibbiddy - mine were also from MGM with stitch in the hat. What a coincidence!

I wish I could order a few 4 x 6 or 3 x 5 though instead of 5 x 7 of 8 x 10.
