Photopass Download Question (how long until available)

I chose the download option for my photo cd so I could get the pictures sooner. I placed my "order" at noon yesterday. They still are not available for download. What was the "wait" time on the download option for others? I was hoping to get prints before I go to Costco today, guess that's not happening!

Mine took overnight. I think I requested it at 9pm and they where available by 6am then next day. Hope you have them by now!

All I can say is that the customer service agents are totally incompetent. 10 emails back and forth later and they send me info about another order I made, not the one I asked about and I still don't have my photos! I think this it's the last time I bother with photopass+! Too much hassle!

FINALLY got a competent response this morning (glad I checked my email, it came literally 2 minutes before I was going to pick up the phone and call). They resubmitted my order (no explanation to what happened to the one I made) and in theory I should have my pictures within 24 hours. 24 hours seems to be the main time frame one should expect...
