Photopass.com with a Mac

I have no idea where to post this, but thought I'd give this a try. Has anyone used disneyphotopass.com with a Mac? I cannot get photos to load. I never had a problem on my PC, but we switched to a Mac a few months back. I tried searching for help and on the photopass website it says that features may not work on a Mac. I'm a bit surprised, but I'm not tech savvy, so I have no clue what the issue is. I'm just bummed that I didn't get my usual photobook of our trip done to use a few photopass photos. Luckily, we didn't have many this trick, so it isn't a big deal. However, we have another trip coming up with extended family and I may want to make them books for the holidays if we get enough good photopass tickets. Or I may just buy the CD this time. If anyone has any clue about the website working on Macs, I'd appreciate hearing. Thanks!

hi, we didn't have any problem with our photopass. we set up our account & viewed, ordered pics. try using firefox instead of safari as the browser. i'll check again and see if there's anything else that can help.

I just loaded our pics from our August trip on my Mac with nor problem. I am using Firefox, if that helps.

I've used safari in the past, last a few months ago, and it worked fine. Try firefox, if that doesn't work, try chrome or opera.

I have safari and mac. Just worked on my photos tonight. I had no problems.

Do you have a firewall set up that is preventing you from loading the photos? Just a thought.

I am using google chrome and can't get them to load either! I tried safari with no luck so I guess I will try firefox! My issue is that I can't get to my iPhoto account when I am trying to access photos to upload!

I used my mac and Firefox and didnt have any problems with photopass. There is a number on the photopass website and email address that you can contact the people at disney for photopass help. They respond very quickly. Good luck!
