I've been reading alot of the trip reports and hear all of you talking about these photopass CD's. How much are they and how do you go about doing this? My last trip to the "world" was back in 2004  and I don't remember if they did this or not.

It seems like a very cool idea as we hardly ever have pics together as a family when we go.

Hi,
i don't know much about actually buying the photopass cd's, but when you go into all of the parks (including the water parks) they have photographers. They are normally where they have the character greets or at key focal oints in the parks.

When you have your first photo taken they will give you a small card, which you use for the rest of the photos that you have taken (you just hand it to the photographer before they take your photo.

The card will have an a/c number (i think it is maybe a barcode numebr on the back of the card, and with this number you can go on the photopass website to view all of the photos that have been taken.

From that I think you can either chose individual photo packs or a photo dvd/cd

Hope this is a little bit of help, but I'm sure there will be others who will be able to help more :)

Photopass is awesome and we prebuy it every time we go to Disney now. Its well worth it, especially if you always find your normal vacation pics to be missing one person. We love being able to add different graphics to the pictures and turning one photo into 4 or 5 with the variations you can choose. If you buy, I would recommend having just about every photopass photographer you see in the parks take your pic. :thumbsup2

Thank you all so much for the info on the cd. I'm thinking about pre-ordering before we go. :thumbsup2

we pre-purchased the photopass cd last year and are planning on doing so again this year. but we also had every photopass photographer take our picture with our camera as well... too funny, I had at least a dozen ask me what kind of camera it was because it took such good night shots:lmao:
