Photopass CD-send pics by email, etc?

I searched and tried to find the answer to my question in other threads but could not. If you buy pictures on the Photopass CD, can you send those electronically (by email) to other people or transfer them to your hard drive? Can you print them on your computer at home or do you have to take the CD to a store?

I believe after you have bought them you can save them and then email
