Photopass CD delivery....

I got my photopass delivery today, but the CD wasn't in the package? I had ordered prints of a couple of nice photographs which were in the big envelope thing, but there was no CD at all.

On my order confirmation and also on my account page it says that the CD was shipped with the prints. Does it come in a seperate envelope? Or has it gone astray over the Atlantic?!

It should have shipped separately but just drop them an email and confrim. In 2010 I bought the Gallery CD from one of the Photo Centers there and when I got home, I broke the seal on the case and there was no disc inside. I emailed them and they shipped me another one. I would imagine your CD is still to follow, but for peace of mind it won't hurt to email or call them. Either way, they will sort it out for you

No - possible for it to be left out, as it does happen from time to time, but even so, they still have the photos (despite what your PP account online may tell you) and are able to rectify it.

There are different terms and costs for shipping of products/prints and for CD's and I am almost positive that these are not lumped into one pack for dispatch
