Photomovie order ?

Has anyone ordered and received their photomovie and had to return it? I received mine in the mail today and it skipped three times during the movie. I was wondering what they done for that? Do they refund my money or make another Dvd? I do not want my money back, I love the Dvd. Hope someone can help. On a happier note I also received my photographs from the Disney photopass and they were wonderful. Thanks in advance!!

Your DVD skipping could be something as simple as dust / dirt / smudge on the disc OR the reader. I would try cleaning the DVD / reader (per manufacturers suggestions) first. If that doesn't work....I'm not sure what you would do.

Did you purchse individual photos or did you purchase the Photopass CD (with all your photopass photos & the copyrights)?? Just wondering.

I only purchased single pictures and the photomovie. I will try cleaning it and see what happens. Thanks.
