photographer prices for my D/P

hi guys, does anyone know how much it would cost to have a disney photographer at a dessert party?

or can you extend the amount of time your photographer is there? (after your ceremony) if you can do this is it the same for the videos too?

im an escape bride btw

The CD costs $750 and I am not sure it is in our budget. The CD does include the pictures from our wedding and the dessert part. We do get an album but I can't remember how many pictures. I am glad we had the photographer at the dessert party. I do wish he had taken more pictures of the dessert spread and the overall venue but I suppose we all have are "wish we had" list.

We also had an outside photographer who we will be getting a CD from.

oh so your dessert party pictures just go onto your CD with your ceremony pictures etc, and add on the extra cost?

What I have seen from our wedding photos (at SBP by Brian of DPS) I could have gone without an outside photographer. Ty did our dessert party photos.

CJ just to let you know that UK brides get the cd for the escape wedding for free as part of an escape wedding (well at least they do booked through DFTW not sure if booked through Virgin or another tour operator) as you are classed as an international bride.

Not sure how this works if you want a cd for the dessert party though?

my sister booked through virgin and she had to pay.

Yes and you still get the album as well your photographer just picks the photo that go into it.

you can book your wedding 16 months in advince now since your a wishes bride. Escape weddings are 8 months in front. So you get a head start lol what month are you doing it?

i had the same problem too.
But we decided for escape becuase were having a sort of reception with out dessert party, and i know it's a day to evryone but we would like sometime together. So if we had a full reception after the wedding it would just be to crazy.

Also if we did have the wishes recption too there's all that food to pay for and it would just become a massive expensive for us, when we're not really wanting it!

escape and a dessert party seem perfect for us!

the only upside for us if we had a wishes wedding was going to be that you can book it 16 months our rather than 8! i just cant wait thats all!
