PhotoBucket: Is it free to download designs?

Hello, Creative DISigners,

I just received beautiful designs from bababear_50 and they're posted on PhotoBucket in an album for my daughter. My good friend told me she was able to just download DISigns when she received them, but I'm not seeing anything about a download option. It looks like i now have to pay PhotoBucket to print them. Does anyone have any advice on how to download and print the designs myself?
