photobucket, 4share,...which one to use?

I haven't been able to get into my photobucket album for 2 days. Do things like this happen often? I haven't been able to get into anyone else's photobucket for a day.

Since I am just now starting to design, I can easily switch programs. Should I stay with photobucket? Should I switch to 4share? Is there another option? I would appreciate as much feedback as possible.

I believe there have been far more problems with 4shared. PB can have issues. Seems like updates to Firefox or IE, new Flash or Java updates can also be problematic. All this internet software doesn't account for what their updates will do to the rest. Generally I go ahead and do all updates and then may have to wait for PB or browser to catch up.

After I posted a design, I made some changes and want to post the newer one. I think I have been doing this the hard way. Is there an easy way to update something in PB without deleting the original, uploading the new, then adding new links on the thread?
