photobook ? problem w/yellow triangle

does anyone know how to get rid of the yellow triangle w/an exclamation point in it off a page? it showed up on my photobook under a few of my pictures, have no idea how they got there! thanks!

I have them all the time. As long as everything is spelled how you want it, and no PICTURES are tagged with it, it's fine. The triangle does NOT appear or show up on the actual book. Ignore it. (Unless they're saying the PICTURES are not a good quality enough to be printed. Then that is a real problem)

Make sure you get rid of your empty text boxes though! They printed empty text boxes in my photobook!

How long ago did you make a phtobook?? I ALWAYS leave empty text boxes, and that has NEVER happened to me. I made one last month, no prob. w/text boxes.

how do i tell if some of my pictures are tagged with it? thanks!!
also, i have removed the text boxes, and the pictures and frames, even changed the background, but the triangles remain. i tried putting the same frames up, but now the text boxes won't come back!

The Yellow triangle is to warn you something is wrong...for example if it is showing up on the picture it means you have zoomed in too far and the quality of the picture is going to be below standard...with a text box it means you spelled something wrong, or that the font is too big to fit in the box

Did you perhaps have borders around your text boxes? The boxes themselves should not show - or so I thought ...

I've never heard of books being printed with "empty textbox" written in it. Normally though, you go into a preview mode before you order your book and if that were to happen it would show there...

thanks everyone for your responses. i got ahold of someone on the phone at photopass, and he said they don't know why the triangles are showing up, it's just a glitch. he had me on hold for awhile, came back and had it fixed for me. he said he had to delete my pages and put them back exactly how i had them, and that got rid of the triangles. now, another problem - i just spent three hours working on the book, was on a roll, no problems, just wanted to get it finished so i stupidly did not stop to save it every so often, then my whole screen went blank, except for a grey exclamation mark in the middle. so, i guess the last 3 hours were a waste! i am so upset, i'm ready to cry! i think i am not going to do this photobook after any more trips! so many problems, so frustrating! good luck to anyone else attempting one!

I"m so sorry...I'm always afraid of that and save my project at least 3 times before I'll leave the site...I'm sorry you lost all that work
