these are not the best pictures I have taken but it was fun watching them and thought I would share. I was on my way to lake in the fog and it was close to dusk. On the way in I saw this doe. I had to manual focus bc she was behind some pretty dense brush.

Then I got to the spot where I was originally going to take pictures and this is how foggy it was on the lake.

And on my way out the doe in the first picture had joined some friends.

I'm hoping to go back when there is no fog and catch the deer out again for some better shots. They seem to like the area bc its the third time I have seen them there but the first they were even close enough to try and take a pic.

These squirrels just keep sitting right outside my office window while I am on the computer. I just can't stop picking up the camera and snapping pictures of them. I must have a couple hundred pictures of squirrels in the last month or so.

DH bought me a new camera for Christmas! It's a panasonic Lumix DMC FZ28. We went to the Kansas City Chiefs game and I tested out my new toy. I LOVE this camera! It has an 18x optical zoom. Here is a picture that I took yesterday. I will probably post a separate thread later today because I took so many pictures, I don't want to bog down this thread.
