GMR Chinese Theater Panorama HDR for Flickr v2 by Scott S. Baxter, on Flickr

This is a stitched panoramic HDR. I shot this in two sections (with nine exposures for each section to create the HDR images) with my Sigma 10-20 mm lens on a Nikon D300, and stitched it in Photoshop CS3. Normally, the "Photomerge" feature works near-flawlessly right away, but for some reason Photoshop had trouble with this one; it kept wanting to align the left and right ends of the buildings on top of one another, thinking they were the same. I had to jump through some hoops to get it lined up properly.

I have a 36x12 print (less-severely cropped on each end than what you see here) of this hanging in our living room.

Oops, I put a fisheye shot in the wrong thread. Don't cross the streams!

Well here I go, with what will soon to be improved shoots with my new Tokina 11-16mm. I have to practice alot, because I am taking it in a couple of weeks to CO. for our families first ski trip and then in 29 days to the most important place... Disney. Please let me know what you think, but be gentle lol.

OK, all these great photos inspired me to order a Nikon 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G ED AF-S DX for my D7000.

More fun with the Tamron 10-24mm on my 10-day cruise last week -

More from Eleuthera - this one from a quiet coral reef and rock beach, of our ship at tender, taken from under a lovely cool pine canopy:

Justin Miller and Gdad your pictures are just amazing:worship: They just take my breath away. Someday I will get there I hope!

You all owe me some $! Seeing all the pictures forced me to order a new lens for the upcoming trip!

After renting it twice I've ordered the Nikon 14-24mm! Can't wait to have it with me in the World.
