Woke up to 12 degree weather in Texas this morning. Weather like this should come with nice mountains, shouldn't it? Oh well, at least we got a bit of sun last evening, which made for a nice photo op. Totally cloudy again this morning.

Well, I live in a 'cave,' vaulted ceilings with not many windows so I went on a hunt for light. I found it in DS's room. There is a window opposite them, slightly offset with sun screens on it and then I put my gigantic white reflector kind of catty corner camera left. I used spot metering, f/5, ISO 1000, SS around 1/250. (they were throwing hearts up in the air before this so I wanted my SS a little higher for that)
