Marshall Point in Maine near Rockland. Sailboats drifting by, tidal pools, all seems nice in the summer. Got to wonder what winters are like though.

Sounds like my kind of place for the summer. Would definitely have to head south for the winter!

I love this, what did you use from Topaz, I have some little league football pics that could use some spice!

Well some days aren't bad and then some are just brutal, just have to prepare and keep your self and camera warm.
Here's a few shots when it was below zero, it formed sea smoke (fog) which came on shore and froze on contact.

I love this, what did you use from Topaz, I have some little league football pics that could use some spice!

I used Topaz Adjust and believe is was the Crisp preset. Thanks for the compliment.

Great shots Don! But I think I will stay in NJ for the winter! I don't like temps below freezing. Below zero I think I would turn into a popsicle!

End of summer

Minneapolis 4th of July Fireworks. I had just upgraded from a 30D to a 60D a few days before this. I didn't realize until setting up for these shots that the remote that fits the 30D doesn't fit the 60D. Ended up with a tiny bit of shake from pressing and holding the shutter button. The problem with not living at Disney World is they only shoot off the fireworks once a year so I can't re-shoot this like I can down in the Magic Kingdom.
