I used a 20 sec exposure with the mirror locked up signal shot no hdr just a tripod and long exposure

I'm thinking that you get that starburst effect at the smaller apertures. And with a 20 second shot I'm guessing you used a fairly small aperture.

The Spire on the Arts Center....later on fire after the midnight fireworks were let off (minimal damage).
