I am looking to find a company that will print digital photos properly.
By "properly" I mean when I get 2000 prints I expect the colour to be vivid in ALL 2000 not just a few at the beginning.

I have tried Big W, Harvey Norman, KMart, the local Kodak shop (never again) and Shutterfly. Shutterfly was okay but the others are so hit and miss I cannot chance waiting for 1000s of prints only to be disappointed again.

So where does everyone go to when they need a huge trip worth of photos printed? Just for simple 6x4 or 8x6 nothing fancy! I have all the scrapbooking supplies I need but now I want the photos to start.

I currently live in Perth and am moving to Brisbane and have family in Sydney - so anything in these cities (for non online places). TIA

I had a similar experience after our first Disneyland trip. I got the same 4 or 5 photos printed at Big W, K Mart, Office Works and Harvey Norman. The first 3 were pretty awful. The colours just weren't right.
I ended up going to Harvey Norman and the girl behind the photo counter was brilliant. She took my SD card and went through every photo for me and fixed them, ie lighting, red eye etc. It took her ages. I left, went shopping (buying her a box of chocolates) and came back. The photos were great.
I also looked online to find out where to get good copies. I didn't really find much info. I think Harvey Norman uses 'wet' printing, and the others use 'dry' printing? Something like that:rotfl:

I use Snapfish too. Never had issues with any size prints. Also ordered a few photobooks through them and they've always turned out great too.

Thanks everyone!
Snapfish is my next stop!

I'll be back with the results...
