While I absolutely love the pics on my photopass, all 300+ of them. I hate how long shipping is taking. I paid extra for expedited shipping and placed my order on 5/29 and it was shipped on 6/1. I still have not recieved it and it's now 6/6 I paid for expedited shipping because the site said you would have the cd in 1-2 days. I'm so very frustrated and will call them tomorrow when there is actually someone to speak to since they also only hold hours to speak to a CM from 9am-1pm. If/ when we go back to Disney I will not be wasting my money on express shipping. Our external harddrive whic held all our pics crashed as soon as we got home and hadn't been backed up which is why I wanted expedited shipping. I want to share my photos w/ friends and family and I have no pics to share right now while I save up the money to get the hardrive recovered. It's just so frustrating. Is this a common issue to have such a delayed shipping and recieving time? Today it did finally pop up so I could track the package and it's supposed to be out for delivery today so I hope to get it but I do still plan to call and talk to them about it.

hhhmmmm. well if you paid for expidited shipping and it didn't ship that method, I'd ask for a refund

I had that happen once before with an order, they charged for expited shipping, and sent it regular, we got a refund no problem
