so i recieved this in my e-mail today..........
First and foremost, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced as a result of this technical error. It appears that there were a number of photos taken on Main Street on the evening of 8/5/05 that are not showing up in our system. Our photography partners at Kodak are further investiagting this problem to determine the possibility of recovering these photos for you. Once we have received an update from the Kodak technical team regarding this issue, we will contact you by telephone at the number you provided in your voice message. We do understand how important and special these photos are to you, and we are currently doing everything that we can to recover them. Again, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment. Please expect to receive a follow-up email and a phone call from one of our team members by the end of this week.
i just want to say i'm thrilled that they are checking into this because i'm sure there are a lot of people who are upset they haven't gotten their photos. and i expressed this to them in reply to the e-mail. i think the reason it got to someone's attention is because i actually called and talked to the manager of Kodak at the MK photo place and he contacted them as well. i hope everyone else who lost their photos on that day gets their photos as well and i can't express how happy i am someone is actually looking into this!!
