Photo pass to Canada- trip in 2 weeks! Please help! Should I order?

Hi all,

I've never used photo pass (just found out about it on the Dis) and today is 14 days till the start of our trip- I just assumed it was a "print and pick up" but it looks like they mail it to you!! If I order it tonight for the cheaper price, do you think it will arrive in time? We leave on sunspday the 18th bug only get mail till the friday!!

I would think most likely you'll get it in time. It usually takes only a couple days before they ship them out. Where abouts in Canada are you? If you are just over the boarder then it won't take as long to get there.

In the past we have gotten our photopass anywhere from 10-16 days and we live right across the border. You just never know with customs. I would send it to your hotel if you can.

It says you can contact them if you order in the timeframe they say... If it doesnt show they fix it. If you order it with less time... You are on your own.

When you purchase it there is actually a box to check that say's you have 14 days before your trip so I agree with the PP that if you are within that time frame you should be fine. I recently ordered one (thanks to these boards for the knowledge ) and we received it within 5 days. We live in Utah though so not very far away.

Got ours in just over a week to Calgary. If you are in a major centre, you should be OK. Also it looks like you are in BC, and Vancouver is the major incoming hub from the states, so if you are close to YVR you are OK.

Even if you don't... and that has happened to me. You just take your print out receipt to the camera store and they will get you set up.

I ordered ours on oct 6th and have yet to receive it. I'll be watching the mail religiously this week. We leave next Sunday!

Nope- I printed my forms so hopefully that's ok, as we are currently waiting for our plane
