Make sure you take a picture of your PP+ card when you get it, just it case it needs to be replaced. Also, I recommend taking at least one picture with your own camera/phone at each PP+ location. That way you can find exactly when and where the pictures were taken, which comes in handy if cards get lost or you don't see the pictures you expect on the account.
We had a good experience and I've got lots of good PP+ pictures. But don't it again, I would carve out an hour on our last day to go to the store and review the pictures on my account. If there are things missing, it's so much easier to do it in person rather than try to do it via phone/e-mail from home.
Finally, ride photos have to be redeemed at the ride itself. If you have your PP+ card, it's easy... just give it to the counter person and they will add the picture to your account. (get the number as backup). If you don't yet have the card, such as on your first day in the parks, get the ride picture number and return to the ride later and they will add it to your card. I was told varying times for how long ride photo are in the system.... I went back a couple days after our ride and was able to get them. Not sure what the official time is...
