My DW is distressed because she let our photo pass expire because we have been extremely busy. Does anyone know if there is anyway to get them to put the pictures back up after it expires?

This happened to me once, but it was only a day, maybe two after it expired. How long has it been since it expired?

You USED to be able to email them and get an extension on the expiration date, but now there is a charge to extend the date. Maybe $7? I'm not sure of the price. Only thing is, I don't know if it can be extended after it's already past the expiration. I would email them ASAP. And know they are not quick to get back to you. The few times I emailed Photopass it took 3 or 4 days to get a response. I would also try posting your question on their Facebook page, I've seen them answer those and give advice.

Call them and they should be able to reactive them for you or you can pay for an extension I think.

I agree, call them. They looked one up for me that was over 30 days expired. I misplaced it and then found it. They'll reactivate it for 24hrs so you can order from it. There was no charge but that was in April.
