Photo Pass Problems

We just got home on Monday and all of my pictures are showing but the ones that were supposed to have Tink and Darth Vader in them are missing from the pictures? Is there anything that can be done? I tried calling Photopass but missed the hours.

The ones with Simba and the Balloons are there but the ones I really wanted aren't showing and the pictures look stupid with the girls fighting something that isnt there.

I would try to call again...I had problems with mine, we actually were missing pictures & they found them, I think we had a missing Tink too & they fixed that , just call back till you get them, there shouldbe an answering machine (or voice mail)

The Darth Vader ones apparently can't be fixed. I know a couple of people who went to Star Wars weekend and found out that there was camera issues and they can't be fixed now.

overlays have nothing to do with the outcome of the picture... unless the photographer had you standing in the wrong direction. So instead of fighting... you're helping.

Sometimes tink doesn't work if the hands are not in the correct position. if fingers are folded up, it's like you're hiding tink in your palm, and if tink goes on the tip of the fingers... well it just looks odd.

Overlays can be added to any photo. But I do remember last year for Halloween we were having problems with all the overlays appearing at the view stations. But the thing about the QA login is they have access to ALL overlays, not just the ones specific to the park. Like they can add an animal kingdom overlay to a mk pic.
The info that's set into the PDA's also need to be correct for the CM to do anything about it in the view center. If not we have to call QA to take care of it. But what QA does makes it perminant to the photo, anything at the view center can be removed it's just temp to the picture for it to be printed.
