Photo Pass Problems

Hi - quick question. My friend is having trouble with her photopass account and can't find a phone number to call them. She had set up an account but it isn't allowing her in and says the password is incorrect but won't allow her to set up a new one.

Does anyone have a number to call about this? I figured if there is one, the DIS would be the place to find it.

There is no number . You have to go through the lost password But only do this once it takes a while for them to answer your request.
I did it then didn't here back so sent them another one only to be given a password the next day that was changes on my second request.

It's a nightmare but they will give it to you have her ask for an extension since she is having problems logging in.

And yes once you register a card it can not be registered on another account.
