if you didn't get your email if you call photopass they will give you a code you have to wait until the day before you leave and you give them your reservation number and all your information and then they contact the hotel to confirm that you really are a disney guest and give you a code to use when you come back for 50$ off the cost of a CD i had no problems doing this and the lady understood what i meant right away all in all took about 3 minutes and now i don't even have to preorder i can just wait and see if i like the pics and if i do the code is good for 50$ off the cd
