Photo Pass plus question

Hi all..i hope someone can help me with part of my issue, i know i am going to have to call the photopass people anyway but i thought i would start here.

I was lucky enough to be able to order a Photo Pass plus card before they discontinued the service. I was at disneyland last week and was able to get my card with no problems, had a very helpful cast member who knew exactly what it was and gave me the card without any questions. She did mention that she wasn't sure i'd be able to get the disc and gave me card with the phone number for photopass guest services. I've been able to get into the new photopass site and all my pictures are there, but....where are the borders???? Is this something they just don't offer anymore or do i need to put a photo in as an order and then am i offered the option to add a border. I'm just curious. i used to love adding the borders to my pictures, but i haven't used the photopass site since its been changed. Sorry if this question has been asked already...

My understanding is there are no more borders. I think the staff in the photo shops in the parks might be able to add them? But once you are home, I think it's too late.

No borders, and no disc. You'll have the option to download them. A friend did have an issue downloading them, and when she called they offered to send her a disc.
