photo pass plus, cant get my pictures

Hello all
Im hoping someone can help me as the photo pass plus I have is only giving me the ride photos we took, not the pictures in the parks. I sent emails to the photo pass plus and they said to enter my promo code from the CD case, which I did. Still only got the ride photos, I sent them another email but noone has gotten back to me. It says I have paid and checked out..yet still no way to down load the other pictures. Has anyone had this issue and do you know how to correct this? My pictures expire in 2 days and I didn't take extra pictures when I was there as I trusted the photo pass system.

So you could view the other park photos on your account, but they weren't available for download?
 
You need to call them ASAP... especially with only 2 days left... at least thats what I would do.

I returned from DL about 1 month ago. Ride photos downloaded immediately. At first I could not view any other photos. I sent them an email. Then I was able to view them, but not download them. I opted to have the CD sent to me. Everything is on that.

Your regular photos were put onto the same photopass card as the ride pictures were? No one got a normal Photopass card from a photographer and handed that to the photographer without you realizing it?

There's a missing photo form in the Help section; it's quite lovely and you can even upload a picture of people in your party to help, or just explain that it's the same people in the ride photos (but be really clear about WHICH people, describe yourselves).




Trusting the system is fine, but you have to verify. You can go into the photo centers and have them scan your card to check out your pictures while you are there (it doesn't start the 30 day clock), to see IF they are there, if they are good, etc. Or bring a computer and start the clock by putting the card into your account. Gotta check it out...

That said, I've never heard of this happening, so if you were not the wielder of the photopass card when taking the normal photos, I would make SURE there wasn't another card floating around in the family.
 
I can see all the pictures but only the ride photos will download. I have talked with them, they said i did it wrong so I did it their way. Now it says I have paid and I can't even get in to see my pictures. I have tried to order the CD but it says I had alread paid so I would have to re-pay and buy the the cd for another $69
 
The ride photos are available for immediate download. The rest of the photos take a day or so after you order the download to be available for download.

There should be no reason why you can't log on to see your pics after your purchase of the download or the CD. The pics are in your account for 30 days whether you order them or not.

ohhhhhh, now I get it.

When you downloaded the ride pictures, you were sent emails? I can't remember how we did that, so it's an actual question. I know when using the download option (vs the CD option) with Plus you're sent emails, which you then click on to open and follow instructions in the email.

But when they said you did it wrong, what did that mean? How were you doing it? What was their way?

YOu can't get the CD *and* the downloads of the pictures (ride photos aside) so something in their system says that you have already gotten the downloads.


Have you called them? Explaining it might be easier on the phone. Even if you can't see anything (and it would not have to do with already having ordered, but if they had expired on the sight today or if they will tomorrow) they still can get them at this time, and it would be FAR easier to talk with them instead of explain this in an email.
