photo pass/memorymaker download problems

I have been trying to download my photos for over an hour. When I click on my downloads it gets stuck and does not connect with server before the connection times out. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm not having that problem specifically, but when I have tried to edit photos for the last couple of days, the site has been giving me issues where it won't let me make a copy of the photo.
