Photo pass " magic image"

I just got my photo pass pix. We had a couple " magic" ones taken at blizzard beach where an image is supposed to appear when the pic claimed.my daughter is holding her hand out and the photog said it would look like she's holding something.The pix of her are adorable but her hand is empty.Is there anything I can do or someone I can contact to get the ice gator ( or whatever it's supposed to be) put into her hand or am I out of luck? Thanks in advance.

If you have the actual cd or downloaded all the photos, then no. If you haven't made the order for download or cd (whatever they do now) and you are just looking at them on the photopass page, then yes you can ask them to try to put in the magic.

Yes- contact them and ask them to fix it. They can do that.
