Photo Pass Characters?

So I have seen in so many people's lovely Trip Reports (and user Icons) photo pass pictures with different characters. At Disneyland, the only 2 we've ever used are tinkerbell and stitch.

Would you mind letting me know what characters are available (to your best knowledge and "how" to request them?
