Photo Packaged discount for unlimited but no discount on smaller downloads?

So I will be on the 9 day Alaskan Cruise and while I want some photos I'm not sure I can justify spending the amount for the unlimited, but they have a 10 and 20 package but they don't look like they are discounted. Does anyone know if they are pre cruise or do they run specials on board?

Usually the "special" prices are only on the big package.

I think we get a DVC discount on those. You may check to see if there are ones for Disney Visa card holders.
