I can't get my photo to appear. Would someone please look at the code and tell me what I am doing wrong? I have tried everything! Thanks so much!

I think you may be linking from the wrong place in Imagestation.

On that page, do you have a link named something like "view original image"? If so, click that link, then grab the location from the properties for THAT image, and try pasting that URL here...

We'll figure this one out....

Hi KathyTX-was there supposed to be something else in your reply? It looks like it is just the quote from my email.

Thanks!

I was just experimenting... :)

view.html

That is it! Thanks! Now how do I get the URL without the IMG tags? I just went to Imagestation and tried to find the URL that you have and I don't see where I can get it. Now how can I make it smaller?

Thanks so much for your help!

The trick is to get the URL from the actual photo. Put your mouse on the photo you want to link to, right click, select "PROPERTIES", then you can highlight and copy and paste the photo's URL.

(Did that make any sense?)

For a quick shortcut now, you can click QUOTE on the message where the photo is, and then you can copy and paste the URL (either the version with or without the IMG tags) right from that message.

To make the image smaller, use HEIGHT or WIDTH settings in the IMG tag to limit the pixel size in either direction.

So, to limit an image to 300 pixels high, you could use this:
< IMG height=300 src="imagelocationURLgoeshere.jpg">

For your image, that would look like this:
<IMG height=300 src="http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid122/p6271337b0e44e78d9c01b4818237b85f/f83183ff.jpg">

(Choose QUOTE for this post if you want to look at the actual code there...)

Making sense?

Yes, made perfect sense! Thank you so much! It is there now in all of it's glory....the Wonder! Thanks for taking time on this Sun. to help with my photo!

She is at that! I really hated to leave! Had a lump in my throat as we walked off. Thanks again!

Kathy~One more quick question. Can you put photos side by side instead of the way that I have them?

Looks great!!!!. And yes, you can put side by side. Just put your first and then rather than hitting your enter key for the next one, just place it right next to it, in line.

Thanks! We just got back from your 4 night Wonder. We ran into the Captain Henry in the atrium one afternoon and asked if he'd take a picture with us.

So do I add the URL < IMG height=300 src="imagelocationURLgoeshere.jpg"> and then add the second one right behind it? Do I use the <> for the entire line or how do I do that exactly?

Thanks so much for your help!

Very cool!!!

You need to make two totally separate ones, both with the leading and ending <>'s

I put the following in but the second photo didn't show up. Any ideas of why?

<IMG height=185 src="http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid122/pa00091b5284fc8e6958df0266afe7201/f830af79.jpg"><IMG height=185 src="http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid122/p3a3e1b93b2a2dfdc092c105e8dfc6ab2/f830abaa.jpg”>

Thanks!

I had posted the actual URL and it put the photos so I am leaving out the < > 's on purpose, ok? I had them in front of the IMG's and afater the jpg's

IMG height=185 src="http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid122/pa00091b5284fc8e6958df0266afe7201/f830af79.jpg"IMG height=185 src="http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid122/p3a3e1b93b2a2dfdc092c105e8dfc6ab2/f830abaa.jpg”

Well, I finally got them side by side! Took me forever to get them there but they are there. Can you spread them out like you have done with your clip art?

Also may I ask where you got the breast cancer ribbon? I would like to add that to my signature too if you don't mind. I had a very good friend pass away from what started as breast cancer last Oct. She was only 43 and has 4 children. It has been a difficult year.

Thanks for all of your expertise!
