what site do you guys go to so the pictures come out blurry?

I use pictures I get from www.themedattractions.com and then I distort them in Photoshop. There is a section called Filters that you can choose what distortion you want.

I have adobe photoshop album starter edition 3.0.......i dont see Filters on it? Do i have the wrong version?

I am not sure what versions do carry it. I know that on the computer I use, I have the Adobe Photoshop version 7.0 I am not sure what the phot album version does have. If you go to Google and type "distort photos" in the box, you can find other freeware and plugins that you can download to distort images. If none of these work, you can still play by cropping a photo like the one I did of the fountain above... you can do that on Paint.
