Yup! Train Station, upon the clock tower. I just looked through all of my pics to try to find it. A good excuse for today's Disney fix. ;)

I'm going to have to go back to the stained glass technique because this is an older photo (though I'm sure the historic item in this photo is still there and always will be there as long as this park is open, hey that's a hint) from back when my digital camera produced no better than 640x480. The zoom out method I'd been using in this game previously would just be annoying.

It looks like some kind of plaque. Maybe in the American Adventure in Epcot?
 
Plaque, or sign. It appears to be stansing alone, from the shadow it looks like it casts off to the upper right onto the ground behind. Maybe a direction board or something telling people where something is?
