WDW - got to be a pavilion of some sort...I think Italy was already nixed, so I'm going with France. The arch is European for sure, so my next guess is going to be Germany....

I have mentally walked EPCOT a hundred times now. How about the back gate landing area where the launch from MGM/Boardwalk area disembarks...the building there next to it?
