Photo Editing Software

I lost my corel snapfire plus when my laptop died. I have tried to download some free photo editing, but I need one that can remove red/blemishes from the face. Any ideas? When looking on amazon, the affordable ones seem to have lots of bad reviews. Also, I am now using Windows 7.

Photoshop Elements. You can download the free trial on the Adobe website for Elements 9.0. It has some amazing features and I am still learning how to use it. It has some great organizational features too for all of your photos.
