Well, let's say around a hundred bucks. DH wants it to do "fun" stuff with his pictures. Like distort the images, add things to pictures - like put an image of, say, Mount Rushmore into a photo of himself. That kind of thing.

What do you think?

here's a link for a very inexpensive program, that is easy to use and will do basic editing, red eye removal, etc...

then their is Photo Shop $599


Paint SHop PRO X has gotten excellent reviews... and will do just about everything that PHoto Shop does for a much better price...and the learning curve is easier...

as I stated in my other post Paint Shop PRo is my favorite, I've had PSP 8 PSP 9 and I plan t to get PSP X,,

I use PAINT SHO PRO 8 at work, PAINT SHOP PRO 9 at home,

I just talked to the head of our computer dept. about ordering PAINT SHOP PRO X for me at work,, sounded like he's going to get it for me..I can hardly wait, the description of new features sounds great..
