The after is a definite improvement. I do not believe that you shared what camera you are using yet. You mentioned that you can add an external flash, does your camera offer a RAW format and if so are you using it. I am assuming that you are using a DSLR. Personally, I would also bump up the exposure a little to bring the crowd out a little more, but that is just my preference.

Thanks for the advice. The camera is an Olympus Evolt E-500 I have not tried raw yet. I am using PSP XI and it doesn't support Raw format for my camera.
