Photo download problems

I am having problems with downloading photos. I have three pics downloaded fine. I downloaded anouther but I came out small and decided to put up a different one but it will not let me. everytime I try to download a different pic to post that same small pic shows up and will not go away so i can load the rest of my pics. please help.
