photo copy???

I have just received my confirmation letter from DLP via thomas cook this is the letter I have to show the hotel but all they sent me was a photo copy! Is this right because when I went in march I got sent the Original along with the contract. Is this okai or do I need to go in and request the orignal or will the copy do?

We booked via Thomas Cook last year but they never sent us anything at all from Disney just their own receipt when I paid for the holiday. We just gave our name when we arrived & they found us ok.

the copy will be fine - all they really need at Disney is your booking number, which is on the copy.
