photo copy machine

I have a friend who went to Aruba a few weeks ago and went on a tour where they took a pic of her and her sister,, she went to wallmart yesterday and made a copy of this pic so she can mail it to her sis. The original pic is well exposed but the copy that was scanned from this pic has a slightly greenish/bluish cast. Do you think that the machine needs calibration or is this normal with those machines?

That's not normal -- they may need to change their ink cartridges (or whatever the equivalent is in that machine).

I have made copies before, Never had them take on a tint. something wrong with that machine, either the scanner or the printer.
