I love the Califonia Adventures one would he sell a print of that....it would match my living room.

It looks like his smugmug site is set up as a "for sale" site, so I'm sure his pictures are for sale.

Nope, won't be selling you any picture of any Disney parks. Now, if you ask nicely, I'll maybe, just maybe, set you up with a freebie! I do sell photos on my site mainly for cycling events but it's as much for pleasure as it is for business.

Feel free to PM me and I'll let you know how to obtain it. And, thanks for even having an interest and for the compliment. ;)

I won't be offended if I come in second behind that shot. :) It kills me that I had hoped to take virtually the same shot last August but just never got the time... 3 days at DL and hardly spent any time in CA at all and never at night with the tripod. Oh well! :)

I have never been there at night when the water was calm like that myself and I have been there a few times.

Groucho.......I love your Dumbo shot as well. Very eye-catching. I was glad I finally dedicated a little time at DCA after dark this time. Previous visits, I always end up in DL at dark and can't seem to break away. It's worth it though, since there are lots of nice night shot opportunities at that park.;)

The funny thing is that it was pretty breezy, not to mention a bit on the chilly side. I was also surprised at how calm the water was........I guess maybe it had something to do with the wind direction.

Thanks, NostalgicDad.

Actually, hopefully by my next DL/CA trip, they'll have the "Wonderful World of Color" show going in the water there... I suspect that'll be a great one for photography. :thumbsup2

MM, I didn't mean quite exactly the same shot, but at least some variation on the "tripod shot of Paradise Pier".

As the current third runner, I have to say that I believe that all of this poll's shots are great! I hate to admit it, but I prefer Code's shot over mine as the third place. I wish I could say that I really spent a lot of time planning that shot, but it was a spur of the moment thing. I just saw how fast that train comes down the hill (right after I rode it BTW) and thought it would be a great motion blur shot. I think I took 3-4 shots over about two minutes b4 the family rushed me away to something else.

I also agree that NostalgicDad's is the best one.

Kevin
