I have a couple of questions about The Photo Connect. I searched and found a few threads on it but I'm still a little confused on a few things.
I want to get the 3 day option. It says on the website that it's good for 3 consecutive days. I'm going on a Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Can i use the 3 day photo connect for those 3 days. I'm confused by what they mean by consecutive days.
My other question is I am going with 2 other people. We want pictures together but also want some with just two of us and i want some with just me. I'm thinking we might want say a picture with a character with all 3 of us and then also a picture with the same character with each of us individually. Can we do that?
thanks in advance for any answers to my questions.

Consecutive - is in a row, so it would be like wed, thurs, fri. I mean you could just use them Wed and Thurs but I don't believe it would work on Sun.

IMO about taking various photos, I would say it would depend on when you are going. We went in June and usually character lines were long, esp for really popular ones. Super heroes for instance, they are only out for like 10 mins and lines are long, I would not try to get group and individuals for that. Spongebob on the other hand, it was dead and we could have easily done multiple photos with him.

I don't think i will be getting it then. the 1 day for $70 doesn't seem worth the money to me. And if i can't use the 3 day pass for all 3 days i will be there then the 3 day for $90 also does not seem worth it to me. 3 days for $90 i can justify. Seems odd to me that they make you use it 3 days in a row. The disney photo pass doesn't have to be consecutive days. Oh well i guess i'll just take my own camera to take pictures.

I'm at Universal for 7 days (or more if I can upgrade my ticket to an AP) and I didn't see anything that would work for me.

you can get the 14 days Photoconnect package for $139.99

if you're certain to get an AP, and can make 2 trips out of it, you can also get the photoconnect AP at the same price as a 14 days, and valid for 1 full year.
But be advised if you don't show an AP at time of redemption, it will revert back to a 3 days package, so you'd be losing a lot of money (don't click on the wrong one :p )

How long do you have to download all your photos? At WDW it was 30 days (I think). It is sort of annoying that the Photo Connect packages go from 3days to 14 days. We have 4 day tix. You'd think the Photo Connect would coordinate with the number of days offered on tickets.

I was told by a TM that pictures are supposed to expire 90 days from being taken, some have been told 30 days but TBH I have pictures that are 2.5 years old, and they're still there and downlodable

the 3 day photoconnect used to be valid for 5 days, but they downgraded the package (at the same time, they raised the price ...)

That's the problem, I called to find out if my Airmiles 7-day ticket could be upgraded and the TM said they couldn't say until I was at US.

I wonder what the logic is behind making you use the photo connect on 3 consecutive days instead of it being like the park tickets which you don't have to use in consecutive days.

your ticket is valid for 14 days. Photoconnect has a 14 days package to match that duration.

I would see the 3 consecutive days as a "discounted package", and discounts come with restrictions.
