A few years ago I purchased a photo book and photo CD, we absolutely love this. We would like to do it again this trip, but I forgot where to go. I don't know if it is still available, but it was a pre-purchase deal for 100 the book and photo CD. Can some one please tell me where I can find this again.

They haven't done the photobook and cd prepurchase deal in years.
