phoning usa to book ps.

can anyone help..i have tried to phone using the 001 407 939 3463 number to book a priority seat and although i get through ok an automated voice keeps telling me to input my 10 digit tel no which of course not being from the states i do not have....it eventually realises after asking about 4 times and lets someone answer but this takes some time which is obviously costly and more to the point delays me getting through if i want to speak to someone as soon as they open..

just a second point to anyone using priority seating i used the 90 day seating calculator and was told i could phone on the 17th yet when i got through to walt disney they said i had to wait till the 18th so there may be a slight problem with the calculator.

I'm sure someone will go through it all with you better than me,but when you hear that just press 1 instead of a 10 digit number.

Hi!!

Ok, when I'm asked for my 10 digit phone number I put in the last 10 digits of the number - which means that the 0 is missed out - like this...if your number was 01234 567890, then you would put 1234 567 890, which is 10 digits. It seems to accept this ok

On the PS calculator - I think it's always been a day out for some reason.

Also why don't you use something like Just Dial or telediscount keep down the costof your internatinal calls ?

Glad you've cleared up about the PS calculator, always wondered why it was a day out, thought it was supposed to be 90 days +1, duh! that saved me a wasted phonecall at twelve today!

when asked for ten digit number followed by pound,
input phone number less 0 from local dialling code followed by hash key .
found this worked ok and was able to get crt first proper attempt.
wish i had known about telediscount though ,might have saved a bit as was on hold for over 10 minutes .
will use it when ringing for other ps's though.
