Phoning adrs

Can someone tell me what the times that you can call to make your adrs please? I am on afternoon shift this week (3pm to 11pm UK time) and want to know if I have to ring before work or can ring after work (bearing in mind Florida is 5 hours behind gmt)

I think I've read somewhere (sorry to be vague but I've read so much )that phone lines open at 7am making it 12 noon here in the UK.

That would be right any other weekend but not this week. We haven't put our clocks forward yet (tommorrow, Sunday, is the day) so UK is currently 6 hours ahead.
