In case of my flight being delayed or cancelled, what number do I call for Bay Lake Tower Villas to let them know we will be late or next day arrival.

That's too bad. But yes you definitley can finagle your way to the front desk though. I know because I got through to the front desk of the Polynesian two weeks ago (through a transfer). So it can be done. But yes, they are making it more challenging. Which is understandable since they would be bombarded.
